As the year draws to a close, we find ourselves in a season of reflection and celebration. 2024 has been a transformative year for RIA Growth Catalyst. We want to take a moment to thank you for being part of our journey.

2024 Year End Review

This year, we've:

  • Launched our Industry Insights dashboard. This offering has transformed how firms approach acquisition sourcing by providing a one-stop-shop for market screening. With 14,000 firm profiles, each with 100+ datapoints sourced directly from SEC filings, we have the most advanced offering built specifically for the RIA M&A industry.

  • Released our proprietary acquisition score, which evaluates 60+ factors to predict the likelihood that a firm will be acquired in the near term. This offering has been a game-changer for firms looking to filter through the noise and hone in on top targets.

  • Grown our user base and acquired customers across various industries, including RIA acquirers, private equity firms, M&A bankers, and alternative investment providers.

  • Expanded our team, bringing individuals with deep expertise in financial modeling, enterprise decision dashboards, and data engineering.

We’re thrilled to announce a series of product updates rolling out this week:

1) Enhanced Visuals and Navigation

We've published improvements to our user interface to make navigation more intuitive and visuals more scannable and engaging. These improvements will keep coming over the next few weeks and into the new year.

2) Impact Table: Reasons Behind the Acquisition Score

We heard from many of our Premium subscribers that they love the Acquisition Score. Now, we’re giving you deeper insights into the data behind the score.

The pipeline for early 2025 is packed with exciting updates:

  • 💼 Contact Data for Owners and Advisors: Premium and Enterprise users will soon have access to contact details for all Owners and Advisors listed in our system, enabling faster outreach and relationship building.

  • 🧠 LLM-Powered ADV Summaries: For our Enterprise customers, we’re building automated, AI-generated summaries of Form ADV brochures. This feature will save you hours of analysis and highlight the most critical details such as Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) service providers and client fee structures.

  • 🔧 Continuous Functional and Usability Improvements: We will continue enhance our platform, including:

    • Refining acquisition scoring to provide even more actionable insights.

    • Enhancing score reasoning to improve transparency and confidence in your decision-making process.

    • Upgrading dashboard design for an even more intuitive, insights-packed experience.

    • Fine-tuning search functionality to make finding your ideal targets quicker and easier than ever.
