📈 Track Net-of-Market AUM Growth

When you evaluate a firm, the first thing you look at is how quickly its AUM has grown each year.

However, this growth number can be misleading. It lumps together the firm’s performance with underlying market growth.

We’ve addressed this limitation by including market-adjusted AUM growth, so you can tell whether a firm is beating the market or lagging behind it. This lets you:

• Compare a firm’s AUM growth against the market in that same time period 

• Find firms with a consistent history of outperforming the market 

• Filter by this metric in the market screener to only see firms beating the market proxy. 

We estimate market growth with a market proxy: a 60/40 split between the S&P 500 and the Bloomberg Bond Aggregate.

🕰️ A New, Data-Packed Growth History Page

A firm’s past performance is the best predictor of it’s future. This is why we’ve added more metrics to the Growth History page. Now you can: 

• Track client growth over time, split by segment (HNW, Non-HNW Individuals, and Institutional)

• Visualize headcount trends (advisors, non-advisory staff, combined)  

• View changes in operational leverage with 1-, 3-, and 5-Year CAGR for AUM per Advisor & AUM per Employee   

We’ve also added the ability to switch between annual rollups and detailed filing-by-filing views.

🏢 Ownership Visualization 

There’s a new way to quickly parse complex ownership structures. In addition to the classic list view, you can now visualize a firm’s owners - internal/external and individual/entity.
